【摘要】：目的 觀察變態(tài)反應(yīng)性鼻炎應(yīng)用耳鼻喉綜合治療儀治療的臨床效果。方法 將本院收治的108例變態(tài)反應(yīng)鼻炎患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組54例,分別給予耳鼻喉綜合治療儀治療和常規(guī)治療,觀察兩組患者臨床治療效果及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況,對(duì)比治療前后相關(guān)免疫因子水平。結(jié)果 治療前,兩組患者相關(guān)免疫因子水平差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者總有效率高于對(duì)照組,相關(guān)免疫因子水平優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用耳鼻喉綜合治療儀治療變態(tài)反應(yīng)性鼻炎,具有良好的治療效果,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of allergic rhinitis treated with ear, nose and throat comprehensive therapy instrument. Methods 108 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with ear, nose and throat comprehensive therapy instrument and routine treatment respectively. The clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed, and the levels of relative immune factors before and after treatment were compared. After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the level of related immune factors was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the application of otolaryngology comprehensive therapy instrument in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a good therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
