【摘要】：正隨著社會(huì)老齡化的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)目前致盲率最高的疾病——白內(nèi)障也日益凸顯出來(lái)[1],白內(nèi)障多發(fā)于老年人群,但近年來(lái)也呈現(xiàn)出患者年輕化的趨勢(shì)[2]。全球有數(shù)千萬(wàn)人生活在白內(nèi)障的困擾之中。白內(nèi)障即為人眼內(nèi)透明組織晶狀體渾濁,目前最經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的手段當(dāng)屬超聲乳化術(shù)[3],而手術(shù)往往會(huì)造成角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞降低,而該細(xì)胞對(duì)于角膜透明的維持具有重要意義。綜合以上兩種情況,通過(guò)調(diào)查行超聲乳化術(shù)的糖尿病性白內(nèi)障及合并高血壓
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of aging society, cataract, the disease with the highest rate of blindness, has become increasingly prominent in China [1]. Cataracts are more common in the elderly. However, in recent years, there has also been a trend of younger patients [2]. There are tens of millions of people in the world who live with cataracts. Cataracts are opacity of the lens of transparent tissue in the human eye. The most economical and effective method at present is phacoemulsification [3], which often results in a decrease in corneal endothelial cells, which are of great significance for the maintenance of corneal transparency.
