【摘要】：目的對比觀察康柏西普與雷珠單抗對視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞黃斑水腫的治療效果。方法2014年10月至2015年10月在本院治療100例視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞黃斑水腫患者,53例患者接受康柏西普進(jìn)行治療(實(shí)驗(yàn)組),47例患者接受雷珠單抗治療(對照組)。對兩組患者療效相關(guān)指標(biāo)(黃斑中心厚度、最佳矯正視力、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、治療總有效率)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者上述指標(biāo)值均優(yōu)于對照組,且差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論康柏西普對視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞黃斑水腫具有更好的治療效果,副作用反應(yīng)少,應(yīng)該在臨床上進(jìn)一步使用與推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the therapeutic effects of Compacipe and Lei Zhu McAb on macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion. Methods from October 2014 to October 2015, 100 patients with macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion were treated in our hospital. Compactopril was treated (experimental group: 47 patients were treated with Threzumab) (control group: control group). The index of curative effect (central macular thickness) was measured in two groups. The best corrected visual acuity, the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were compared. Results the above indexes of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Compactopril is more effective in the treatment of macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion and has less side effects, so it should be further used and popularized in clinical practice.
