【摘要】：目的： 手法復(fù)位治療在良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)的療效觀察。 方法： 總結(jié)2011年7月1日至2012年3月1日在中日聯(lián)誼醫(yī)院總院、南湖分院、新民分院神經(jīng)內(nèi)一科門診及住院21名原發(fā)性和繼發(fā)性BPPV患者的臨床資料,20名后半規(guī)管性BPPV患者采用Epley手法或Semont手法復(fù)位,1名水平半規(guī)管性BPPV患者采用Barbecue翻滾療法復(fù)位治療,評(píng)價(jià)其治療效果。 結(jié)果： 19例后半規(guī)管性BPPV患者應(yīng)用改良Epley手法或Semont手法復(fù)位，，1例水平半規(guī)管性BPPV患者采取Barbecue翻滾法復(fù)位后有效，有效率為95.2%。 結(jié)論： 1、手法復(fù)位治療良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈方法簡單,安全、有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)且治愈率高。 2、年齡較大的BPPV、繼發(fā)性BPPV患者手法復(fù)位需要次數(shù)增加，甚至無效。 3、女性發(fā)病較男性發(fā)病多，PC-BPPV發(fā)病率較高。
[Abstract]:Objective:. Therapeutic effect of manual reduction on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Methods:. Summing up the South Lake Branch of the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital from July 1, 2011 to March 1, 2012, Clinical data of 21 patients with primary and secondary BPPV in outpatient and inpatient department of neurology in Xinmin Branch; 20 patients with posterior semicircular canal BPPV were treated with Epley manipulation or Semont manipulation. One patient with horizontal semicircular BPPV was treated by Barbecue tumbling therapy. The therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results:. 19 patients with posterior semicircular canal BPPV were treated with modified Epley manipulation or Semont manipulation. One patient with horizontal semicircular canal BPPV was treated with Barbecue tumbling method. The effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusion:. 1. The method of manual reduction for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is simple, safe, effective and economical. 2. In the older BPPVs, the need for manual reduction in secondary BPPV patients was increased or even ineffective. 3. The incidence of PC-BPPV was higher in women than in men.
