【摘要】：目的探討采用改良李氏復(fù)位法和Semont管石解脫法治療后半規(guī)管良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈的療效。方法將2015年10月至2016年4月收治的80例確診為原發(fā)性后半規(guī)管良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別采用改良李氏復(fù)位法及Semont法進(jìn)行復(fù)位治療,評定其療效,隨訪3個月。結(jié)果改良李氏復(fù)位法40例,隨訪1周后總有效率92.5%(37/40),隨訪3個月后總有效率87.5%(35/40),復(fù)發(fā)2例(5%);Semont法40例,隨訪1周后總有效率90%(36/40),隨訪3個月后總有效率85%(34/40),復(fù)發(fā)3例(7.5%)兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論改良李氏復(fù)位法治療后半規(guī)管良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈療效確切,療效與Semont管石解脫法相近(P0.05),且操作更簡潔,過程迅速,可在臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of modified Lee's reduction method and Semont decompression in the treatment of posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods 80 cases of primary posterior semicircular canal benign vertigo were diagnosed as primary posterior semicircular canal benign array from October 2015 to April 2016. Patients with positional vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. The effect was evaluated by modified Lee's reduction method and Semont's method, and followed up for 3 months. Results 40 cases of modified Lee's reduction method were followed up, the total effective rate was 92.5% 37 / 40% after 1 week follow-up, the total effective rate was 87.5% 35 / 40% after 3 months follow-up, and 40 cases were recurrent with Semont method. The total effective rate was 90% 36 / 40% after 1 week follow-up. After 3 months follow-up, the total effective rate was 85%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the modified Lee's reduction method is effective in the treatment of posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and there is no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The curative effect is similar to that of Semont's method, and the procedure is more simple and rapid, so it can be used in clinic.
