【摘要】：目的初步研究老年性聾患者的聽覺事件相關(guān)電位(auditory event-related potential,AERP)失匹配負(fù)波(mismatch negativity,MMN)和P300的變化特征。方法采用oddball刺激序列,對(duì)20例健康青年志愿者(對(duì)照組)、20例老年聽力正常者(老年聽力正常組)和20例老年性聾患者(老年性聾組)進(jìn)行AERP測(cè)試,在閱讀狀態(tài)下獲得MMN波形,在集中注意力計(jì)數(shù)狀態(tài)下獲得P300波形,比較三組MMN、P300波形的潛伏期和波幅。結(jié)果老年性聾組MMN潛伏期為187.38±29.63 ms,與老年聽力正常組(160.10±23.21 ms)和對(duì)照組(148.22±19.30 ms)相比明顯延長(zhǎng)(P0.01),老年聽力正常組潛伏期與對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),三組MMN波幅差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);老年性聾組P300潛伏期為369.83±27.09,較老年聽力正常組(332.89±25.60 ms)和對(duì)照組(318.51±22.32 ms)明顯延長(zhǎng)(P0.01),三組P300波幅差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年性聾患者聽覺中樞功能受損,認(rèn)知功能減退,MMN、P300可作為評(píng)估老年性聾患者聽覺中樞功能、認(rèn)知功能的客觀檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of auditory event-related potential (AERP) mismatch negative mismatch (MMNs) and P300 in patients with presbycusis. Methods oddball stimulation sequence was used. AERP was performed in 20 healthy young volunteers (control group, 20 normal aged hearing subjects) and 20 patients with presbycusis (presbycusis group). The MMN waveforms were obtained in reading state. Get the P300 waveform in the focus count state, Results the latency of MMN in the aged hearing loss group was 187.38 鹵29.63 Ms, which was significantly longer than that in the aged normal group (160.10 鹵23.21 Ms) and the control group (148.22 鹵19.30 Ms). The latency of P300 was 369.83 鹵27.09 in the presbycusis group, 332.89 鹵25.60 Ms in the aged hearing control group and 318.51 鹵22.32 Ms in the control group. There was no significant difference in the P300 amplitude between the three groups. Conclusion there is no significant difference in the P300 amplitude among the three groups. The hearing center function of the patients with annual deafness was impaired. MMNN P300 can be used as an objective method to evaluate auditory central function and cognitive function in patients with presbycusis.
