【摘要】：[研究背景]鼻咽癌(NPC)是一種常見的頭頸部腫瘤。EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染與鼻咽癌密切相關(guān),目前研究表明可以通過Rta蛋白抗體IgG(Rta-IgG)的水平對其進行檢測。[目的]抽取未經(jīng)治療的鼻咽癌患者和未患此病的健康人的血樣,使用ELISA研究血液中Rta蛋白抗體IgG(Rta-IgG)的表達,再與VCA-IgA和EA-IgA進行比較。本研究的目的是評估Rta-IgG在鼻咽癌患者體內(nèi)的表達情況,明確其臨床應(yīng)用和診斷價值。[方法]在這項研究中,共收集了 61名鼻咽癌患者作為研究人群,選取同時期19例健康人作為對照組。使用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定法(ELISA)檢測實驗人群血清水平的Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA和EA-IgA水平。通過使用金標(biāo)準篩選試驗來進一步評估這些指標(biāo)的診斷價值,以找出有效性,可靠性和預(yù)測價值。[結(jié)果]Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA,EA-IgA這三個參數(shù)的表達均具有顯著的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,Rta-IgG(P = 0.013),VCA-IgA(P0.001),EA-IgA(P =0.002)。在單次試驗中,Rta-IgG和VCA-IgA表達之間的有效性、可靠性和預(yù)測價值差異不大;而在多次試驗中(其中Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA,EA-Ig-A組合觀察),Rta-IgG和VCA-IgA都比EA-IgA具有更高的有效性、可靠性和預(yù)測價值。平行試驗顯示出較高的靈敏度但是特異性較低,而序列試驗則顯示較高的特異性,較低的敏感性。據(jù)ROC曲線分析,總體診斷效能排名為:VCA-IgA,Rta-IgG 和 EA-IgA.[結(jié)論]Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA和EA-IgA在鼻咽癌患者血清中表達水平升高。聯(lián)合使用Rta-IgG,VCA-IgA和EA-IgA這三種參數(shù)用于診斷鼻咽癌可能對癌癥病人群體篩選更有臨床意義。
[Abstract]:[background] Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a common head and neck tumor. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Current studies have shown that Rta protein antibody Rta-IgG can be detected by its level. [objective] to study the expression of Rta protein antibody IgG-Rta-IgG in the blood of patients with untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and healthy persons without the disease, using ELISA. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression of Rta-IgG in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to determine its clinical application and diagnostic value. [methods] in this study, 61 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected as a study group. The serum levels of Rta-IgGV VCA-IgA and EA-IgA were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) in 19 healthy people in the same period. The diagnostic value of these indexes was further evaluated by using gold standard screening test. In order to find out the validity, reliability and predictive value. [results] the expression of Rta-IgGN VCA-IgACA EA-IgA was significantly different. There was no significant difference in the validity, reliability and predictive value between Rta-IgG and VCA-IgA expression in a single trial. In many experiments (Rta-IgG VCA-IgAEA-Ig-A combination), Rta-IgG and VCA-IgA are more effective, reliable and predictive than EA-IgA. Parallel tests show higher sensitivity but lower specificity, while sequence tests show higher specificity. Lower sensitivity. According to ROC curve analysis, The overall diagnostic efficacy ranked as Rta-IgG and EA-IgA. [conclusion] the expression of Rta-IgGG VCA-IgA and EA-IgA in the serum of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is increased. The combination of Rta-IgGG VCA-IgA and EA-IgA may have more clinical significance in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
