【摘要】：目的評價更昔洛韋眼用凝膠治療眼瞼帶狀皰疹的臨床效果。方法收集眼科門診確診為眼瞼帶狀皰疹患者80例,隨機分為兩組:實驗組40例,眼瞼簇狀水泡處(含前額及頭部)涂更昔洛韋眼用凝膠,4次/d,同時滴入結(jié)膜囊內(nèi),3次/d,并給予抗生素眼藥水及阿昔洛韋眼藥水,4次/d,口服維生素B1及維生素B12;對照組40例,給予外涂噴昔洛韋乳膏,3次/d,同時滴抗生素眼藥水及阿昔洛韋眼藥水,4次/d,口服維生素B1維生素B12。兩組用藥時間均為3周,分別于治療前與治療后7、14、21 d隨訪觀察患者癥狀與體征、病程的變化情況,評價臨床療效及安全性。結(jié)果兩組患者的一般情況、年齡、病程、治療前病情評分等的差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實驗組治療7、14、21 d后的病情總得分、總病程均低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,實驗組的止痛時間、止泡時間、結(jié)痂時間、顯效時間均低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實驗組和對照組在治療7 d后的總有效率分別為77.5%和45.5%;治療14 d后的總有效率分別為85%和55%;治療21 d后的總有效率分別為95%和70%;同期兩組療效比較,實驗組總有效率均明顯高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組均未見明顯用藥后不適感與不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論更昔洛韋眼用凝膠對緩解眼瞼帶狀皰疹癥狀與體征具有顯著效果,可提高治療的有效率,縮短病程,治療期間無嚴重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of ganciclovir gel in the treatment of eyelid herpes zoster. Genciclovir ophthalmic gel was applied to the eyelid cluster vesicles (including forehead and head) for 4 times / d, then dropped into the conjunctival sac for 3 times / d, and was given antibiotic eye drops and acyclovir eye drops for 4 / d oral administration of vitamin B1 and vitamin B12, while in the control group, 40 cases were treated with vitamin B1 and vitamin B12. They were given external penciclovir cream for 3 / d, antibiotic eye drops and acyclovir eye drops for 4 / d, and vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 for 3 weeks. The symptoms and signs, the course of disease, the clinical efficacy and safety were observed before treatment and 7 days after treatment. Results the general condition, age, course of disease of the two groups were observed. There was no significant difference in the scores before treatment (P 0.05). The total scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment for 21 days, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the time of pain relief, the time of stopping bubbles and the time of scab formation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The effective time was lower than that of the control group. The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 77.5% and 45.50.The total effective rates after 14 days treatment were 85% and 55g, the total effective rates after 21 days treatment were 95% and 70g, respectively. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no obvious discomfort and adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion ganciclovir ophthalmic gel has a significant effect on relieving the symptoms and signs of blepharoherpes zoster. It can improve the effective rate of treatment, shorten the course of disease, no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment, it is worthy of clinical application.
