【摘要】：目的觀察巨大翼狀胬肉切除術(shù)后使用角膜繃帶鏡患者術(shù)后疼痛以及角膜上皮生長情況。方法選取2013年9月至2015年9月就診本院行翼狀胬肉切除+自體結(jié)膜瓣移植的巨大翼狀胬肉患者67例67只眼,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組及對照組,經(jīng)醫(yī)院倫理委員會批準,受試對象簽署知情同意書。觀察組在手術(shù)結(jié)束時立即佩戴軟性角膜繃帶鏡,對照組不使用角膜繃帶鏡。兩組患者于手術(shù)當天以及術(shù)后第1、2天,術(shù)后1周填寫VAS視覺模擬量表,于裂隙燈下觀察患者角膜上皮化情況。結(jié)果觀察組35例35只眼,對照組32例32只眼。觀察組術(shù)后當天,術(shù)后第1、2天,術(shù)后1周VAS量表評分分別為5.17±1.81、2.54±1.38、1.46±1.24、0.14±0.35;對照組術(shù)后當天,術(shù)后第1、2天,術(shù)后1周VAS量表評分分別為9.12±1.34、5.28±1.30、2.97±1.80、0.18±0.39;除術(shù)后1周,其他觀察點觀察組疼痛程度均低于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組角膜上皮化時間為(52.80±9.74)h,對照組角膜上皮化時間為(69.00±19.03)h,二者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論巨大翼狀胬肉切除術(shù)后佩戴角膜繃帶鏡可以有效減輕患者術(shù)后疼痛,并加速角膜上皮愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the postoperative pain and corneal epithelium growth in patients with giant pterygium treated with corneal bandage. Methods from September 2013 to September 2015, patients with pterygium were treated with autogenous conjunctival flap transplantation. 67 eyes of 67 patients with giant pterygium, According to the random digital table method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. After the approval of the hospital ethics committee, the subjects signed the informed consent form. The observation group immediately wore the soft corneal bandage mirror at the end of the operation. In the control group, the corneal epithelization was observed under slit lamp by filling out the VAS visual analogue scale on the day of operation and the first day after operation. Results 35 eyes of 35 cases were observed in the observation group. The VAS scores in the observation group were 5.17 鹵1.81 鹵2.54 鹵1.38 鹵1.24 鹵0.14 鹵0.35 on the first day after operation, and the VAS scores in the control group were 9.12 鹵1.35.28 鹵1.302.97 鹵1.80 鹵0.18 鹵0.39 on the 1st day and 1 week after operation, respectively, in the control group, and in the control group, the scores of the VAS scale were 9.12 鹵1.35.28 鹵1.302.97 鹵1.80 鹵0.39, except for the first week after operation, and the scores in the control group were 9.12 鹵1.35.28 鹵1.302.97 鹵1.80 鹵0.39, respectively. The corneal epithelization time in the observation group was 52.80 鹵9.74 hours, and the corneal epithelization time in the control group was 69.00 鹵19.03h.Conclusion there is a significant difference between the two groups in wearing cornea after giant pterygium excision. Bandage mirrors can effectively reduce postoperative pain. And accelerate corneal epithelial healing.
