【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,男,36歲,因誤咽"石頭"24h急診入院。入院前在當?shù)蒯t(yī)院全身麻醉下行纖維食管鏡探查術,術中發(fā)現(xiàn)異物為石頭一枚,與食管壁嵌頓緊密,試取多次失敗,轉往我院繼續(xù)治療。該患者既往有癲癇病史,存在智力障礙,詢問病史不能配合,家屬亦不能準確描述患者發(fā)病過程及發(fā)作時狀態(tài)。查體:患者一般狀態(tài)尚可,生命體征尚平穩(wěn),經(jīng)口流涎,吞咽困難,胸骨上窩處壓痛陽性,聽診時雙肺呼
[Abstract]:A case report was made of a 36-year-old male who was admitted to hospital in emergency for 24 hours because of a mistake of "stone". Before admission, a foreign body was found to be a stone under general anesthesia in the local hospital. During the operation, the foreign body was found to be a stone, closely entwined with the wall of the esophagus, and failed many times. The patient had a history of epilepsy and had mental retardation. The patient's history of inquiry could not be matched, and the family could not accurately describe the course of the patient's onset and the state of his attack. Physical examination: the general condition of the patient was acceptable.
