【摘要】：甲狀腺相關(guān)性眼病(TAO)是自身免疫性疾病,眼外肌病變是其主要的臨床表現(xiàn)之一,表現(xiàn)為眼外肌梭形肥大、限制性斜視、復(fù)視。病變處于活動期時,應(yīng)積極應(yīng)用藥物和(或)放射治療,有效控制炎癥,減少致殘,在控制甲狀腺功能、控制吸煙的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療效果良好,必要時可聯(lián)合或單獨使用免疫抑制劑、免疫分子拮抗劑、生長抑素類藥物或免疫球蛋白;病變處于靜止期時,可進(jìn)行眼外肌手術(shù)治療糾正眼位,消除復(fù)視,重建雙眼單視。
[Abstract]:Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is an autoimmune disease. Extraocular muscle disease is one of the main clinical manifestations of TAO, which is characterized by fusiform hypertrophy of extraocular muscle, restricted strabismus and diplopia. Active use of drugs and / or radiotherapy, effective control of inflammation, reduction of disability, effective use of glucocorticoid on the basis of control of thyroid function and smoking control, and use of immunosuppressants, if necessary, Immune molecular antagonists, somatostatin drugs or immunoglobulins; when the lesion is still, the surgery of extraocular muscles can be performed to correct the eye position, eliminate diplopia, and reconstruct binocular monopia.
