【摘要】：目的探討梅毒性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜炎患者眼底光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)特征。方法采用回顧性研究,納入梅毒性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜炎患者58例88眼,進(jìn)行眼底熒光血管造影(fluorescence fundus angiography,FFA)、眼底吲哚青綠造影(indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)和OCT檢查,以及快速血漿反應(yīng)素環(huán)狀卡片試驗(yàn)(rapid plasma reagin test,RPR)和梅毒螺旋體顆粒凝集試驗(yàn)(treponema pallidum particle agglutination test,TPPA),后給予驅(qū)梅治療并隨訪。結(jié)果本研究中87眼視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮層針尖樣、鋸齒樣突起,86眼視網(wǎng)膜外界膜及肌樣體帶、橢圓體帶結(jié)構(gòu)不清、消失,68眼玻璃體內(nèi)高反射點(diǎn),16眼視網(wǎng)膜淺脫離。驅(qū)梅治療后,87眼中79眼視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮層針尖樣、鋸齒樣突起完全恢復(fù),86眼中62眼視網(wǎng)膜外界膜及肌樣體帶、橢圓體帶部分顯示,16眼視網(wǎng)膜淺脫離均恢復(fù)。結(jié)論梅毒性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜炎眼底OCT主要特征為受累視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮針尖樣、鋸齒樣突起,外界膜及肌樣體帶、橢圓體帶顯示不清或消失以及視網(wǎng)膜淺脫離,早期正規(guī)治療后上述特征恢復(fù)良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the fundus optical coherence tomography (coherence) features in patients with syphilis chorioretinitis. Methods 88 eyes of 58 patients with chorioretinitis were studied retrospectively. Fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and fundus indocyanine green angiography (OCT) were performed. Rapid plasma reagin test (RPRR) and Treponema pallidum particle agglutination test (TPPAA) were followed up and followed up in 87 eyes. Of 86 eyes with serrated protuberance and myoid zone, the structure of the ellipsoid zone was unclear, and 68 eyes of the retinal superficial detachment with high intravitreous reflex point disappeared. In 62 eyes of 86 eyes, the outer membrane and myoid zone of the retina were completely recovered from the serrated protrusions. Conclusion the fundus OCT of 16 eyes with chorioretinitis is characterized by needle-like, serrated protuberance, outer membrane and myoid zone. The ellipsoid zone showed unclear or disappeared and superficial retinal detachment. The above features recovered well after early regular treatment.
