【摘要】：目的:探討功能性?xún)?nèi)鏡鼻旁竇手術(shù)(FESS)聯(lián)合加強(qiáng)藥物治療(MMT)對(duì)中-重度慢性鼻-鼻旁竇炎不伴鼻息肉(CRSsNP)的療效及對(duì)鼻腔黏液纖毛清除能力的影響。方法:選取我院治療的CRSsNP患者120例為研究對(duì)象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為研究組與對(duì)照組各60例,對(duì)照組予MMT治療,研究組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上予FESS治療,比較兩組患者的療效和鼻腔黏液纖毛清除能力。結(jié)果:研究組患者的總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療后4及8周,兩組患者的糖精清除時(shí)間呈降低趨勢(shì),研究組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而兩組患者的黏液纖毛清除速度及腔黏液纖毛清除率呈上升趨勢(shì),研究組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:FESS聯(lián)合MMT對(duì)中-重度CRSsNP具有較好的臨床療效,能夠顯著提高患者鼻腔黏液纖毛清除能力,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of functional endoscopic parasasal sinus surgery (FESS) combined with enhanced drug therapy (MMTT) on moderate to severe chronic rhino-paranasal sinusitis without CRSsNPs and its effect on mucociliary clearance of nasal cavity in our hospital. One hundred and twenty patients with CRSsNP were studied. According to the method of random number table, the study group was divided into two groups, 60 cases in the study group and 60 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with MMT and the study group was treated with FESS on the basis of. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The clearance time of saccharin in the two groups decreased 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. The mucociliary clearance rate and cavity mucociliary clearance rate in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the combination of MMT and Fess has a better clinical effect on moderate to severe CRSsNP. It can significantly improve the mucociliary clearance ability of the nasal cavity of the patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
