【摘要】：目的：探討白內(nèi)障(Cataract)研究文獻(xiàn)的分布規(guī)律和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，為白內(nèi)障相關(guān)研究課題提供依據(jù)。 方法：利用PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的方法，對(duì)1813-2011年所收錄的白內(nèi)障相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的年代分布及趨勢(shì)、期刊分布、語(yǔ)種、類型、相關(guān)主題詞、研究對(duì)象特征、全文及獲取情況等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果：1813-2011年底累計(jì)收錄白內(nèi)障研究文獻(xiàn)47602篇，先天性白內(nèi)障(n=3677)；老年性白內(nèi)障(n=1610)；并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障(n=830)；外傷性白內(nèi)障(n=1036)；代謝性白內(nèi)障(n=466)；輻射性白內(nèi)障(n=2871)；后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障(n=13413)。根據(jù)PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)文獻(xiàn)類型，分為Review(n=3106)，RandomizedControlled Trial(n=1986)，Practice Guideline(n=23)，Meta-Analysis(n=71)，Letter(n=2262)，Editorial(n=536)，Clinical Trial(n=3047)，，Others(n=36571)；MEDLINE(n=45535)，Others(n=2067)；Nursing journals(n=463)，Core clinicaljournals(n=4172)， Others(n=42967)； Man(n=19400)， Woman(n=18693)，Others(n=9509)； Humans(n=38011)， Animals(n=6191)， Others(n=3400)；Infant(n=3244)，Child(n=8029)，Adult(n=10877)，Aged(n=19441)，80andover(n=6336)；Links to full text(n=25725)，Links to free full text(n=6950)，Abstracts(n=30087)。PubMed收錄文獻(xiàn)量自1946年逐漸增多，1961年后明顯增多，增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)近似直線(y=598.71x－689.92, R2=0.9746)。白內(nèi)障研究文獻(xiàn)以英語(yǔ)為主(36120，75.9%)，中文發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)量排在第7位(762，1.6%)。PubMed中21種眼科學(xué)相關(guān)期刊(SCI收錄期刊)收錄以白內(nèi)障為主題詞的文獻(xiàn)共有3825篇。 結(jié)論：研究表明，白內(nèi)障相關(guān)研究起始于19世紀(jì)初，20世紀(jì)60年代開始受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注，其后的文獻(xiàn)量增長(zhǎng)近似直線則是一個(gè)佐證。目前白內(nèi)障研究仍是人們關(guān)注的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the distribution and development trend of the literature on cataract (Cataract), and to provide a basis for cataract related research.
Methods: using PubMed database and bibliometric method, we analyzed the distribution and trend of cataract related literature in 1813-2011 years, including journal distribution, language type, related subject words, research object characteristics, full text and acquisition situation.
Results: by the end of 1813-2011 a total of 47602 literatures study included cataract, congenital cataract (n=3677); senile cataract; cataract (n=1610) (n=830) (n=1036); traumatic cataract; metabolic cataract (n=466); radiation cataract (n= 2871); after cataract (n=13413). According to the PubMed database document type, divided into Review (n=3106), RandomizedControlled Trial (n=1986), Practice Guideline (n=23), Meta-Analysis (n=71), Letter (n=2262), Editorial (n=536), Clinical Trial (n=3047), Others (n=36571); MEDLINE (n=45535), Others (n=2067); Nursing journals (n=463), Core clinicaljournals (n=4172), Others (n=42967); Man (n=19400), Woman (n=18693), Others (n=9509); Humans (n=38011), Animals (n=6191), Others (n=3400); Infant (n=3244), Child (n=8029), Adult (n=10877), Aged (n=19441), 80andover (n =6336; Links to) full text (n=25725), Links to free full text (n=6950), Abstracts (n=30087).PubMed papers increased since 1946, increased significantly after 1961, the growth trend of the linear approximation (Y=598.71x689.92, R2=0.9746). The cataract literatures in English (36120,75.9%), the amount of literature published Chinese row in seventh (762,1.6%) 21 ophthalmology related journals.PubMed (SCI journals included) to cataract as the theme a total of 3825 articles.
Conclusion: studies have shown that cataract related research started in the early nineteenth Century, and began to receive widespread attention in 1960s. The growth of the literature is approximately a straight line. Currently, cataract research is still a hot topic.
