【摘要】：目的觀察鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療后天麻痹性斜視的臨床療效。方法將82例后天麻痹性斜視患者隨機(jī)分為鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療組(治療組)41例和常規(guī)治療組(對照組)41例。對照組甲鈷胺片口服0.5 mg,3次/d,維生素B1口服10 mg,3次/d,治療組加用肌肉注射鼠神經(jīng)生長因子18μg,1次/d,14 d為1個療程,治療3個療程后觀察療效。結(jié)果痊愈26例(63.41%),有效10例(24.39%),無效5例(12.20%),總有效率87.80%;對照組痊愈13眼(31.71%),有效17眼(41.46%),無效11眼(26.83%),總有效率73.17%,兩組療效差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(Z=-2.807,P0.05),且治療組三棱鏡斜視度改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療后天麻痹性斜視能提高臨床療效,改善癥狀,減輕斜視度,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the treatment of postnatal paralytic strabismus. Methods 82 cases of acquired paralytic strabismus were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 41) and routine treatment group (n = 41). The control group received 0.5 mg / d oral dose of 0.5 mg / d and vitamin B1 10 mg / d for 3 times / d. The treatment group received intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor 18 渭 g / d for 14 days as a course of treatment. Results after 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect was observed in 26 cases (63.41), effective in 10 cases (24.39) and ineffective in 5 cases (12.20), the total effective rate was 87.80; in the control group, 13 eyes were cured and 31.71%, 17 eyes were effective 41.46D, 11 eyes were ineffective and the total effective rate was 73.17. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The degree of improvement of prism strabismus in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion the treatment of postnatal paralytic strabismus in rats with nerve growth factor can improve the clinical effect, improve the symptoms and reduce the degree of strabismus, which is worth popularizing.
