【摘要】：目的:探討弱視治療儀用于弱視兒童的臨床效果,并對(duì)相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行分析。方法:392例弱視患兒均采用色光弱視治療儀進(jìn)行治療,調(diào)節(jié)頻率在40~50次/min,紅光光譜波長(zhǎng)610~710 nm,綠光530~570 nm,分為單眼和雙眼2種,根據(jù)患者瞳距調(diào)整閃光點(diǎn),確保正對(duì)眼睛中心點(diǎn),20 min/(次·d),30 d為1個(gè)療程,屈光不正患兒給予1%阿托品眼膏散瞳驗(yàn)光,同時(shí)應(yīng)用遮蓋療法、壓抑療法及精細(xì)目力訓(xùn)練等輔助治療措施,對(duì)本組392例患兒的總體療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并分別針對(duì)屈光性質(zhì)、弱視類(lèi)型、弱視程度、初治年齡、注視性質(zhì)等因素進(jìn)行療效分析。結(jié)果:本次治愈506眼(77.8%),進(jìn)步112眼(17.2%),無(wú)效32眼(4.9%),總有效率為95.1%;從屈光性質(zhì)來(lái)看,遠(yuǎn)視性弱視和散光性弱視的療效較好,治愈率分別達(dá)到86.3%、83.9%,兩組對(duì)比無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),近視性弱視治愈率僅為54.4%,顯著低于其他兩組(P0.05);從弱視類(lèi)型來(lái)看,療效對(duì)比屈光不正屈光參差斜視性弱視形覺(jué)剝奪性弱視,組間差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);從弱視程度來(lái)看,療效輕度中度重度,組間差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);從初診年齡來(lái)看,各組間對(duì)比并無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);從注視性質(zhì)來(lái)看,中心注視療效顯著優(yōu)于旁中心注視(P0.05)。結(jié)論:弱視治療儀結(jié)合綜合療法治療弱視兒童的療效較好,屈光性質(zhì)、弱視類(lèi)型、弱視程度、注視性質(zhì)是治療效果的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of amblyopia therapy instrument in children with amblyopia and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods: 392 children with amblyopia were treated with chromatic amblyopia therapy instrument. The adjusting frequency was 40 ~ 50 times / min, the wavelength of red light was 610 ~ 710 nm, the green light was 530 ~ 570nm. There were two kinds of light points: one eye and two eyes. The flash points were adjusted according to the distance of the patients' pupil, so as to make sure that the central point of the eyes was 20 min / s (30 days) as a course of treatment. Children with ametropia were given 1% atropine eye ointment to dilate the pupil optometry. At the same time, the total curative effect of 1% atropine eye ointment was evaluated, and the refractive properties were evaluated by using the auxiliary treatment measures, such as covering therapy, depression therapy and fine visual training. The effects of amblyopia type, degree of amblyopia, age of first treatment and nature of fixation were analyzed. Results: 506 eyes were cured with 77.8%, 112 eyes improved 17. 2%, 32 eyes were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95. 1%, and the total effective rate was 95. 1%. The curative rate of hyperopic amblyopia and astigmatism amblyopia was better, the cure rate was 86.3% and 83.9%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the cure rate of myopic amblyopia was only 54.44%, which was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (P 0.05). The difference of amblyopia in amblyopia of anisometropia and strabismus was statistically significant (P 0.05), the degree of amblyopia was mild, moderate and severe, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in comparison among groups (P 0.05), and the effect of central fixation was significantly better than that of paracentric fixation (P 0.05). Conclusion: amblyopia therapy combined with comprehensive therapy is effective in the treatment of amblyopic children, including refractive property, amblyopia type, amblyopia degree, amblyopia, amblyopia, amblyopia, amblyopia and amblyopia. The nature of fixation is the influencing factor of therapeutic effect.
