【摘要】：通過國(guó)際癌癥研究所(IARC)發(fā)布的全球鼻咽癌數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),獲取中國(guó)及世界部分其它地區(qū)或國(guó)家的鼻咽癌發(fā)病、死亡數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),分析比較中國(guó)與全球不同地區(qū)的鼻咽癌流行情況,了解中國(guó)與全球其他地區(qū)的鼻咽癌負(fù)擔(dān)情況。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)鼻咽癌分別占全球鼻咽癌發(fā)病和死亡的38.29%和40.14%,發(fā)病率和死亡率高于世界平均水平(1.2/10萬,0.7/10萬),分別位列發(fā)病和死亡順位的第18位和23位,且男性高于女性。中國(guó)的鼻咽癌發(fā)病以青壯年人口為主,死亡以中老年人口為主,但發(fā)病率和死亡率都是在老年人口(65歲以上)相對(duì)較高。鼻咽癌預(yù)后相對(duì)較差,生存率相對(duì)較低,我國(guó)鼻咽癌負(fù)擔(dān)相對(duì)較重,應(yīng)該在該人群中積極開展鼻咽癌篩查和診治工作,同時(shí)鑒于鼻咽癌的地域性發(fā)病差異,應(yīng)該在我國(guó)兩廣地區(qū)加強(qiáng)鼻咽癌的防控工作。
[Abstract]:Through the global database of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) published by the International Cancer Research Institute (IARC), the database of nasopharyngeal carcinoma morbidity and mortality in China and other parts of the world is obtained, and the epidemic situation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China and in different regions of the world is analyzed and compared. To understand the burden of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China and the rest of the world. China's nasopharyngeal carcinoma accounts for 38.29% and 40.14 deaths in the world respectively. The morbidity and mortality rates are higher than the world average of 1.2 / 100, 000, 0.7 / 100, 000, respectively, ranking 18th and 23rd in the list of morbidity and mortality, respectively. The incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China was mainly in the young population and the death rate in the middle and old population, but the morbidity and mortality rate were both higher in the elderly population over the age of 65) and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was relatively poor. The survival rate is relatively low and the burden of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is relatively heavy in China. The prevention and control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma should be strengthened in our country.
