【摘要】：目的觀察重硅油(Oxane HD)作為眼內(nèi)填充物治療下方或后極部裂孔視網(wǎng)膜脫離的治療效果及并發(fā)癥。方法前瞻性研究。采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的玻璃體切割聯(lián)合重硅油填充術(shù)治療的下方或后極部裂孔視網(wǎng)膜脫離患者32例32眼。術(shù)中根據(jù)病情聯(lián)合白內(nèi)障超聲乳化吸除、鞏膜外環(huán)扎、視網(wǎng)膜前膜剝除、視網(wǎng)膜切開、重水展平視網(wǎng)膜、眼內(nèi)激光光凝或手術(shù)顯微鏡直視下冷凝等。觀察重硅油Oxane-HD填充期間和取出術(shù)后最佳矯正視力、視網(wǎng)膜復(fù)位情況、并發(fā)癥等。隨訪時(shí)間不少于6個(gè)月。結(jié)果術(shù)后隨訪7～21(平均12.34±4.40)個(gè)月,一次手術(shù)后視網(wǎng)膜復(fù)位率(視網(wǎng)膜裂孔封閉,視網(wǎng)膜完全復(fù)位)為90.62%(29/32),二次手術(shù)后視網(wǎng)膜復(fù)位率為93.75%(30/32)。術(shù)后視力提高者71.90%(23/32),術(shù)后等于或優(yōu)于行走視力的比例為75.00%(24/32),脫盲率為53.13%(17/32)。并發(fā)癥包括重硅油乳化、并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障等。結(jié)論重硅油Oxane-HD眼內(nèi)填充是治療下方或后極部裂孔視網(wǎng)膜脫離的有效方法,術(shù)后可使病人避免由于俯臥體位造成的不適。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect and complications of the treatment of retinal detachment from the inferior or posterior polar hole with heavy silicone oil (Oxane HDD) as an intraocular filler. Methods A prospective study was carried out. Standard vitrectomy combined with heavy silicone oil implantation was used to treat retinal detachment. 32 cases (32 eyes) with retinal detachment from the inferior or posterior pole hole were treated by phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification according to the condition of the disease. Scleral circumferential ligation, anterior retinal detachment, retina incision, heavy water flattening, intraocular laser photocoagulation or cryotherapy under direct microscope, etc. The best corrected visual acuity and retinal reattachment during and after Oxane-HD implantation with heavy silicone oil were observed. Complications and so on. The follow-up time was not less than 6 months. Results the postoperative follow-up was 721 months (mean 12.34 鹵4.40) months. Complete reattachment of the retina was 90.622 / 29 / 32, and the rate of retinal reattachment was 93.7575 / 32 / 32. The visual acuity was improved by 71.90 / 2332, and the ratio of postoperative visual acuity to or superior to walking vision was 75.00% 24 / 32, and the rate of blindness removal was 53.13% 17 / 32.The complications included emulsification of heavy silicone oil, Conclusion the intraocular filling of Oxane-HD with heavy silicone oil is an effective method for the treatment of retinal detachment in the inferior or posterior polar hole, and the discomfort caused by prone position can be avoided after operation.
