【摘要】：目的：探討眼部淋巴組織病變中Skp2,p27和PTEN表達(dá)的意義以及三者表達(dá)的相關(guān)性,探索三者在眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤表達(dá)的特點(diǎn)。 方法：收集青島大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院從1995年到2011年手術(shù)切除眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤30例,反應(yīng)性淋巴組織病變?cè)錾?0例作為陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組,淋巴瘤組按病理類型分類(根據(jù)2001年世界衛(wèi)生組織修正的歐美淋巴瘤分類),取其中位于眼科前三位的B細(xì)胞NHL淋巴瘤類型,其中黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織結(jié)外邊緣區(qū)B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤19例,漿細(xì)胞瘤6例,彌漫大B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤5例,用免疫組化法分別檢測(cè)標(biāo)本中Skp2,p27禾PPTEN在淋巴瘤和反應(yīng)性淋巴組織病變?cè)錾M的表達(dá),并對(duì)兩組的表達(dá)情況做對(duì)比,以病理分級(jí)作為淋巴瘤的獨(dú)立因素進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果：眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤Skp2表達(dá)率與反應(yīng)性淋巴組織增生相比顯著增高(P0.05).淋巴瘤p27kipl,PTEN表達(dá)率與反應(yīng)性淋巴組織增生相比顯著降低(P0.05,P0.05)。三種蛋白的表達(dá)與患者的年齡,性別,發(fā)病部位無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。在淋巴瘤組中,Skp2在MALT,PL,DLBCL細(xì)胞核中的表達(dá)率是68.4%,83.3%,100%,p27kipl分別是84.2%,66.7%,40%,PTEN在三種淋巴瘤細(xì)胞質(zhì)中的表達(dá)率分別是73.7%,33.3%,20%。隨淋巴瘤病理分級(jí)的提高,Skp2在MALT, PL, DLBCL中的表達(dá)顯著增高,而p27kipl和PTEN的表達(dá)顯著降低。在MALT淋巴瘤中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)Skp2與p27kipl呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=—0.134,X2=12.58,p0.05),Skp2與PTEN呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.883,X2=20.52,p0.05)。而p27kipl與PTEN(r=0.828,X2=20.66,p0.05)呈正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論：眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤中,Skp2的表達(dá)水平隨病理分級(jí)惡性度的增加而逐漸增加,p27kipl,PTEN的表達(dá)水平水平隨病理分級(jí)惡性度的增加而逐漸降低,Skp2高表達(dá),p27kipl和PTEN(?)氐表達(dá)分別在眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤的發(fā)生,發(fā)展中可能起一定的作用,在黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織結(jié)外B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤中,Skp2與p27kipl,PTEN的表達(dá)水平呈負(fù)相關(guān),p27kipl與PTEN呈正相關(guān)。聯(lián)合三種蛋白的表達(dá)可以作為檢測(cè)眼部B細(xì)胞非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the significance of Skp2p27 and PTEN expression in ocular lymphoid tissue lesions and the correlation between the expression of Skp2p27 and PTEN, and to explore the expression characteristics of Skp2p27 and PTEN in ocular B cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma. Methods: from 1995 to 2011, 30 cases of ocular B-cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma and 10 cases of reactive lymphoid tissue hyperplasia were collected from Qingdao University affiliated Hospital as positive control group. The lymphoma group was classified according to pathological types (according to the classification of lymphoma in Europe and the United States as amended by the World Health Organization in 2001), B-cell NHL lymphoma, which was located in the top three in ophthalmology, was selected. There were 19 cases of B cell lymphoma, 6 cases of plasmacytoma and 5 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. The expression of Skp2p27 and PPTEN in lymphoma and reactive lymphoid tissue hyperplasia was detected by immunohistochemical method. The expression of Skp2p27 and PPTEN was compared between the two groups, and the pathological grade was used as an independent factor to analyze the lymphoma. Results: the expression rate of Skp2 in ocular B cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma was significantly higher than that in reactive lymphoid tissue proliferation (P 0.05). The expression rate of p27kipline PTEN was significantly lower than that of reactive lymphoid tissue proliferation. The expression of three proteins and the age of the patients were significantly lower than those of reactive lymphoid tissue proliferation. Sex, In the lymphoma group, the expression rate of Skp2 in the DLBCL cell nucleus was 68.4%. The expression rate of Skp2 in the cytoplasm of the three types of lymphoma was 73.733. 3. The expression rate of Skp2 in MALTPLPLDLBCL was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression of Skp2 in MALTPLPLDLBCL was significantly increased with the increase of pathological grade of the lymphoma, and the expression rate of PTEN in the cytoplasm of the three kinds of lymphoma was 73.733. 3%, respectively, and the expression rate of Skp2 in MALTPLDLBCL was significantly higher than that in the control group. However, the expression of p27kipl and PTEN was significantly decreased in MALT lymphoma. In MALT lymphoma, we found that there was a negative correlation between Skp2 and p27kipl. It was found that there was a negative correlation between Skp2 and p27kipl. There was a positive correlation between p27kipl and p27kipl, p0.05kip2 and PTEN, and a positive correlation between p27kipl and p27kipl and p27kipl and p27kipl were positively correlated with p27kipl and p27kipl, and between p27kipl and p27kipl were negatively correlated with p27kipl and p27kipl, respectively. Conclusion: the expression level of Skp2 in ocular B cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma increases gradually with the increase of pathological grade malignancy. The expression level of p27kipl and PTEN decreases with the increase of pathological grade malignancy. ) Di expression may play a certain role in the development and development of ocular B-cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma. There was a negative correlation between p27kipl and PTEN in the expression of Skp2 and p27kipl in extranodular B cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue. The expression of three proteins combined with these proteins could be used as a marker for detecting ocular B cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma.
