5005例新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的探討2013年和2014年新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)工作發(fā)展方向,并分析其原因,為早期發(fā)現(xiàn)聽(tīng)力障礙并進(jìn)行有效干預(yù)奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法對(duì)2013年1月1日-2014年12月31在盤(pán)錦市中心醫(yī)院出生的5 005名新生兒用瞬態(tài)誘發(fā)耳聲發(fā)射(TEOAE)進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力初篩,未通過(guò)者于生后42 d進(jìn)行復(fù)篩,復(fù)篩未通過(guò)者于月齡滿3個(gè)月時(shí)采用聽(tīng)覺(jué)腦干誘發(fā)電位儀(ABR)進(jìn)行確診。復(fù)篩通過(guò)者,定期跟蹤隨訪每年至少1次,至3周歲;復(fù)篩未通過(guò)者,6個(gè)月時(shí)再次行診斷型聽(tīng)力學(xué)檢查及行為測(cè)聽(tīng),為進(jìn)入干預(yù)程序提供依據(jù)。結(jié)果 2013年與2014年相比較,新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查初篩率由95.07%上升到95.49%,初篩通過(guò)率由76.14%上升到95.04%,復(fù)篩率由45.87%上升到73.88%,復(fù)篩通過(guò)率由90.15%下降到80.59%,2013年聽(tīng)力篩查異常3例,2014年聽(tīng)力篩查異常4例,確診率由1.34‰上升到1.43‰。結(jié)論完善的聽(tīng)力學(xué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備、先進(jìn)的操作技術(shù)及科學(xué)化的管理,對(duì)新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查結(jié)果有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the present situation of neonatal hearing screening in 2013 and 2014 and its future development, and to analyze its causes. Methods 5 005 newborns born in Panjin Central Hospital from January 1st 2013 to December 31st 2014 were screened for hearing by transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE). Those who did not pass were screened at 42 days after birth, and those who did not pass were diagnosed by auditory brainstem evoked potentiometer (ABR) at the age of 3 months. Those who passed the screen were followed up at least once a year until the age of 3 years. After 6 months, diagnostic audiology examination and behavioral audiometry were performed again to provide the basis for entering the intervention procedure. Results the results were compared between 2013 and 2014. The primary screening rate of newborn hearing screening increased from 95.07% to 95.49um, the primary screening pass rate increased from 76.14% to 95.04, the re-screening rate increased from 45.87% to 73.88. the screening rate decreased from 90.15% to 80.59. in 2013, 3 cases of hearing screening abnormality and 4 cases of 2014 hearing screening abnormality were found.
