【摘要】：正患者女,50歲,因咽部異物感2年余入院;體檢:咽后壁見淋巴濾泡增生,雙側(cè)扁桃體不大,表面未見膿栓。纖維鏡檢示:會厭喉面一約1.0 cm×0.5 cm大小新生物突起,表面光滑,遮蔽聲帶窺不清晰,雙側(cè)聲帶運動可,閉合佳;雙鼻腔、鼻咽部未見異常。CT平掃示會厭喉面正中小條狀突起,長約1.0 cm,橫徑約0.6 cm,邊界清晰,密度略不均,CT值約45 HU,增強后動脈期CT值約56 HU、延遲期CT值約68 HU
[Abstract]:The female patient, 50 years old, was admitted to hospital because of foreign body sensation in the pharynx for more than 2 years. Physical examination showed that the lymphoid follicles proliferated in the posterior wall of the pharynx, the tonsils were not large and there was no purulent embolus on the surface. The fiberoptic examination showed that the surface of the epiglottis larynx was about 1.0 cm 脳 0.5 cm in size, and the surface was smooth. Masked vocal cords were not clear, bilateral vocal cords could be moved and closed well, and there was no abnormal nasopharynx. Ct plain scan showed a small stripe in the middle of the laryngeal surface of epiglottis, about 1.0 cm long and 0.6 cm in diameter, and the boundary was clear. The CT value was about 45 HUU, 56 HUT and 68 Hu respectively in the contrast phase of the posterior artery and the delayed phase.
