【摘要】：目的：觀察口服清熱化腺方配合超聲波治療小兒腺樣體肥大肺經(jīng)熱盛證的臨床療效。 方法：選取30例肺經(jīng)熱盛證腺樣體肥大患者，給予口服清熱化腺方同時(shí)配合超聲波治療，進(jìn)行治療前、后對(duì)比觀察研究。 結(jié)果：臨床治療30例患者，其中顯效者22例，有效者5例，無(wú)效者3例，治療總有效率90.0%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)，p0.05，說(shuō)明該治療方法可有效減輕患者的癥狀及體征。 結(jié)論：口服中藥清熱化腺方達(dá)到清肺瀉熱，軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)的效果，再配合中藥局部超聲波治療，藥物可迅速直接的作用于病變部位。內(nèi)治病體，外療病灶，表里同調(diào)，可獲得較好的療效。因這種治療方案具有價(jià)格低廉、安全、無(wú)副作用、無(wú)痛苦的特點(diǎn)，可免除手術(shù)之苦，易被廣大患者及家長(zhǎng)接受，，值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral Qingre Huazhang prescription combined with ultrasound in treating hypertrophy of children with hypertrophy of lung meridian heat syndrome. Methods: 30 patients with hypertrophy of adenoid of syndrome of lung meridian and heat were treated with oral Qingre Huayong prescription and ultrasonic wave. The study was carried out before and after treatment. Results: among the 30 patients, 22 were effective, 5 were effective and 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90. 0%. This method can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients. Conclusion: oral Chinese medicine Qingre Huazhang prescription can clear the lung and reduce heat, soft firm and loose knot, and combined with local ultrasonic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, the drug can act quickly and directly on the lesion site, internal treatment body, external treatment focus. Because of its low price, safety, no side effect and no pain, it can be accepted easily by patients and parents and is worth popularizing.
