【摘要】：目的利用角膜地形圖測(cè)量翼狀胬肉頭部至角膜中心的距離與胬肉術(shù)前術(shù)后角膜屈光變化的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)76例(76眼)全部為鼻側(cè)翼狀胬肉術(shù)前術(shù)后(3~12個(gè)月)使用角膜地形圖進(jìn)行檢測(cè),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果角膜地形圖檢查平均散光,翼頭至角膜中心的距離≤1 mm術(shù)前為3.98 D,≤2 mm 3.81 D,≤3 mm 2.52 D,≤4 mm 1.41 D,≤5 mm 0.68 D,術(shù)前平均散光(4.66±3.02)D,術(shù)后散光(3.04±2.12)D,表明術(shù)后較術(shù)前散光減少,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論此測(cè)量方法更能準(zhǔn)確地反映出翼狀胬肉對(duì)角膜屈光的影響,說(shuō)明翼頭距角膜中心越近,影響越大。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the relationship between the distance from the head of pterygium to the corneal center and the corneal refractive changes before and after pterygium.
