【摘要】：目的觀察他克莫司滴眼液預(yù)防高危角膜移植免疫排斥反應(yīng)的效果。方法回顧性研究。選取山東省眼科醫(yī)院2013年至2015年間成功施行角膜移植術(shù)的高危免疫排斥患者48例(50只眼),根據(jù)術(shù)后局部免疫抑制劑使用種類,分為他克莫司組23例(25只眼)和環(huán)孢素組25例(25只眼)。術(shù)前對所有患者進(jìn)行排斥風(fēng)險評分,以排斥反應(yīng)指數(shù)(RI)判斷是否出現(xiàn)植片免疫排斥反應(yīng),當(dāng)RI≥5時視為發(fā)生免疫排斥反應(yīng),所有患者術(shù)后隨訪1年,對比1年內(nèi)患者術(shù)后植片免疫排斥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果兩組各25只眼,排斥風(fēng)險評分他克莫司組與環(huán)孢素組不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(t=0.65,P=0.520.05)。術(shù)后1年內(nèi)免疫排斥發(fā)生率,環(huán)孢素組10例(10只眼)發(fā)生排斥,免疫排斥發(fā)生率為40.00%,他克莫司組3例(3只眼)發(fā)生排斥,免疫排斥發(fā)生率為12.00%,他克莫司組免疫排斥率明顯低于環(huán)孢素組,差異具有顯著性(χ~2=5.09,P0.05)。結(jié)論他克莫司滴眼液對高危角膜移植免疫排斥反應(yīng)有較好的預(yù)防和治療作用。
