【摘要】：目的:通過現(xiàn)有的研究分析Ⅱ型糖尿病與聽力損失之間的關(guān)系。方法:根據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞檢索國內(nèi)外主要數(shù)據(jù)庫,并按照納入和排除標準篩檢文獻,選擇聽力損失發(fā)病率、OR值、各頻率純音聽力測試平均閾值、標準差作為評價指標,采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果:根據(jù)納入標準和排除標準,對文獻進行篩選,最終納入符合要求的研究有17項;Ⅱ型糖尿病患者聽力損失患病率為21.0%~74.6%,Ⅱ型糖尿病組和對照組的聽力損失患病率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,糖尿病組發(fā)生聽力損失的概率是對照組的2.54倍(OR=2.54,95%CI 1.85~3.49,P0.000 01);Ⅱ型糖尿病組各頻率純音聽力測試平均閾值均高于對照組(合并Z=5.03,P0.000 01)。結(jié)論:Ⅱ型糖尿病會對聽力造成影響,尤其在高頻聽力閾值方面影響更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and hearing loss through existing studies. Methods: the main databases at home and abroad were searched according to the key words and the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The incidence of hearing loss and OR value, the average threshold and standard deviation of pure tone audiometry were selected as the evaluation index. Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.3. Results: according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the literature was screened and 17 studies were included. The prevalence of hearing loss in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 21. 0% and 74.6%. There was significant difference in the prevalence of hearing loss between the type 2 diabetes group and the control group.
