【摘要】：目的選擇LASIK手術(shù)與LASEK手術(shù)矯治屈光不正的遠(yuǎn)期效果進(jìn)行回顧性分析和探討。方法選取我們醫(yī)院2014年1月至2015年12月,用同一臺準(zhǔn)分子激光系統(tǒng),由同一位手術(shù)醫(yī)師,實施準(zhǔn)分子激光手術(shù)矯治屈光不正的150例患者(240眼),將其作為本次的研究對象,患者分別采用準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(LASIK)(觀察組,120眼)以及準(zhǔn)分子激光上皮瓣下磨鑲術(shù)(LASEK)(對照組,120眼)進(jìn)行治療,根據(jù)患者所采用的不同準(zhǔn)分子激光手術(shù),分成觀察組和對照組,患者治療結(jié)束后,通過對其進(jìn)行為期兩年的隨訪,觀察其裸眼視力、最佳矯正視力、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥等情況。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后,其裸眼視力均有顯著性提高,角膜瓣對位良好,未出現(xiàn)角膜瓣移位、層間異物、角膜上皮內(nèi)生、偏心切削等并發(fā)癥,通過對其進(jìn)行2年隨訪,其中觀察組患者術(shù)后6個月裸眼視力≥1.0有114眼(95%),≥0.6有120眼(100%),對照組患者術(shù)后6個月裸眼視力≥1.0有110眼(91.67%),≥0.6有116眼(96.67%),此外,兩組患者最佳矯正視力比較,無差異(P0.05),不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論板層手術(shù)(LASIK)和表層手術(shù)(LASEK)兩種不同的準(zhǔn)分子激光手術(shù)對矯治屈光不正的療效較為確切,患者的滿意度較高,視力改善情況顯著,且患者術(shù)后的并發(fā)癥較少,在臨床上具有極為重要的意義,今后值得繼續(xù)推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to retrospectively analyze and discuss the long-term effect of LASIK operation and LASEK operation in the correction of ametropia. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital. With the same excimer laser system, 150 patients with ametropia were treated by excimer laser with the same surgeon. The patients were treated with laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIKA) (observation group, 120 eyes) and LASEK (control group). 120 eyes were treated, according to the different excimer laser surgery, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. After the treatment, the patients were followed up for two years to observe their naked vision. Results after treatment, the uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved, the corneal flap was well aligned, no corneal flap displacement, interlaminar foreign body, corneal epithelium endogenetic.
