【摘要】:近視(myopia)是人類的一種常見眼病,其發(fā)病率各國報(bào)道不一,一般在10%-30%,若以平均25%計(jì)算(美國眼科年會(huì)1989年估計(jì)全世界有近1/4的人患近視眼),則在50多億人口中,近視眼患者至少有15億多,由于人種及文化特點(diǎn),我國已被公認(rèn)是近視眼高發(fā)病率國家之一。近視眼的防治一直是全世界醫(yī)學(xué)界期望攻克的難題,其矯正方法通常分為三類:①鏡片矯正:包括框架眼鏡、角膜接觸鏡;②角膜屈光性手術(shù):放射狀角膜切開術(shù)(radialkeratotomy,RK)、準(zhǔn)分子激光切削術(shù)(photorefractive keratectomy,PRK)、準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(Laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)等;③眼內(nèi)手術(shù):透明晶體摘除術(shù)、有晶體眼的人工晶體植入術(shù)等。近年來各種屈光手術(shù)的發(fā)明、創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展已成為近視眼治療的研究熱點(diǎn),目前,臨床上應(yīng)用最廣泛的屈光手術(shù)為LASIK。本研究的目的是觀察LASIK手術(shù)矯正近視、散光的近期效果,選擇了2004年6月~8月在吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院視光中心接受LASIK治療的57名患者、114只眼,根據(jù)等效球鏡度(sphericalequivalent,SE)分為低中度、高度兩組,進(jìn)行術(shù)后1天、7天、1月、3月的隨訪,對(duì)裸眼視力(uncorrected visual acuity,UCVA)、SE、裂隙燈、角膜地形圖等進(jìn)行檢測(cè)分析。結(jié)果顯示:(1)兩組患者UCVA較術(shù)前有顯著提高;(2)術(shù)后3月兩組患者裸眼視力達(dá)1.0及以上者分別為96.67%、92.59%。(3)術(shù)后3月兩組患者屈光力在±1.0D以內(nèi)的分別為96.67%、85.19%。(4)兩組患者術(shù)后均無夜間視力下降、眩光及其他嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)。根據(jù)結(jié)果可以看出,LASIK手術(shù)治療近視、散光的近期臨床效果好,較大光區(qū)切削和良好的中心定位可有效減少手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Myopia (myopia) is a common eye disease in humans. The incidence of myopia varies from 10 to 30%. If calculated at an average of 25% (in 1989 the annual meeting of American Ophthalmology estimated that nearly 1/4 people in the world had myopia, more than 1.5 billion of the more than 5 billion people had myopia. Because of the characteristics of race and culture, China has been recognized as one of the countries with high incidence of myopia. The correction methods are usually divided into three types: 1: lens correction: frame glasses, cornea contact lens; 2Corneal refractive surgery: radial keratotomytomytomy (RK). Excimer laser ablation (PRK). Laser in situ keratomileusism, laser in situ keratomileusis, et al. 3 Intraocular surgery: transparent lens excision, intraocular lens implantation with lens, etc. In recent years, the invention, innovation and development of various refractive surgery have become the research focus of myopia treatment. LASIK is the most widely used refractive surgery in clinic. The aim of this study was to observe the short-term effect of LASIK surgery on myopia and astigmatism. #number0# eyes of 57 patients treated with LASIK from June 2004 to August in the Optometry Center of the first Hospital of Jilin University were selected. According to the equivalent spherical equivalent SES, the patients were divided into two groups: low, moderate and high, followed up 1 day, 7 days, January, March. Uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), slit lamp for uncorrected visual acuity. The results showed that the UCVA of the two groups was significantly higher than that before operation. (2) on March, the uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups was 96.67% or better. On March, the refractive power of the two groups within 鹵1.0D was 96.67 and 85.19.4respectively) there was no nocturnal visual acuity decrease in both groups. According to the results of LASIK operation for myopia, the clinical effect of astigmatism is good in the near future, and the larger light area cutting and the good central location can effectively reduce the complications of the operation.
