【摘要】：干細胞治療耳聾是近些年耳科的研究熱點之一,本文通過對干細胞耳聾治療相關(guān)的文獻進行綜述,從干細胞用于內(nèi)耳結(jié)構(gòu)的替代或修復的基礎(chǔ)、干細胞植入的方式、干細胞移植安全性方面,對干細胞治療耳聾的可行性進行論述,認為干細胞的內(nèi)耳移植治療已具備一定的基礎(chǔ),在移植前需對細胞的分化進行更精準的控制,并且可以與傳統(tǒng)的治療方式(如人工耳蝸植入術(shù))結(jié)合使用。
[Abstract]:Stem cell treatment of deafness is one of the hot research topics in recent years. In this paper, we review the literature of stem cell deafness treatment, from the basis of stem cells used in the replacement or repair of inner ear structure. The way of stem cell implantation, the safety of stem cell transplantation, the feasibility of stem cell treatment of deafness were discussed, it is considered that the treatment of stem cell inner ear transplantation has a certain basis. Cell differentiation needs to be controlled more accurately before transplantation and can be used in conjunction with traditional treatments such as cochlear implants.
