文章摘要:目的 比較構(gòu)思-設(shè)計(jì)-實(shí)現(xiàn)-運(yùn)作(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)模式教學(xué)法與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法在外科護(hù)理學(xué)教學(xué)中的效果。方法 將2012級(jí)221名專(zhuān)科生隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用CDIO模式教學(xué),對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法。課程結(jié)束后,組織考試和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的理論成績(jī)分別為(75.04±9.61)分和(70.94±9.81)分、技能操作成績(jī)分別為(97.59±6.19)分和(85.05±8.35)分,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0.05);問(wèn)卷測(cè)評(píng)CDIO教學(xué)法在激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、培養(yǎng)主動(dòng)思考、增強(qiáng)合作意識(shí)及提高創(chuàng)新能力等方面明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法;實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組對(duì)教學(xué)方法的滿意度分別為91.75%和82.45%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0.05)。結(jié)論 CDIO模式教學(xué)優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)模式,能夠提高學(xué)生的理論及技能操作成績(jī),對(duì)提高外科護(hù)理學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量有良好的推動(dòng)作用。
Abstr:Objective To compare the effects of CDIO model teaching method and traditional method in teaching of surgical nursing. Methods From Grade 2012,221 college students were randomly divided into control class and experimental class. The control class received traditional teaching method,while CDIO model teaching method was applied to the experimental class. At the end of the course,examination and questionnaire suPcey were carried out in both classes and all data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Results Sc, ores of theories and skills in two groups were statistically significantly different(P〈0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that CDIO model teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method with statistic significance(P〈0.05) in stimulating students' interests in learning,cultivating active thinking,enhancing awareness of cooperation and promoting innovation ability. There was a significant difference in satisfaction on teaching methods in two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The CDIO model teaching method is superior to the traditional one. It can improve students' scores of theories and skills,and increase the teaching quality of surgical nursing.
