【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用紅外熱成像技術(shù)評價介入術(shù)治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎間盤突出療效的可行性。方法:50例神經(jīng)根型頸椎間盤突出患者50例,均采用等離子射頻臭氧消融聯(lián)合膠原酶溶解介入術(shù)治療,同時采集患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后6個月紅外熱成像頸肩部溫度,收集患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后6個月的CASCS評分。結(jié)果:患者術(shù)后的CASCS評分明顯高于術(shù)前,術(shù)前術(shù)后CASCS評分比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。術(shù)前、術(shù)后患側(cè)頸肩部的溫度均明顯高于健側(cè)(P0.01,P0.05);并且,術(shù)后健側(cè)、患側(cè)的溫度差值明顯低于術(shù)前健側(cè)、患側(cè)的溫度差值(P0.01)。相關(guān)分析顯示,術(shù)前術(shù)后頸肩部溫度差值的變化與術(shù)前術(shù)后CASCS評分的變化呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.614,P0.01)。結(jié)論:紅外熱成像技術(shù)能用于等離子射頻臭氧消融聯(lián)合膠原酶溶解介入術(shù)治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎間盤突出時的療效評價。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the feasibility of interventional therapy in the treatment of nerve root cervical disc herniation by infrared thermal imaging. Methods: 50 patients with nerve root cervical disc protrusion were treated with plasma radiofrequency ozone ablation combined with collagenase dissolution. At the same time, the neck and shoulder temperature of infrared thermal imaging was collected before and 6 months after operation, and the CASCS scores were collected before and 6 months after operation. Results: the CASCS score of the patients after operation was significantly higher than that before and after operation, and the difference of CASCS score before and after operation was statistically significant (P 0.01). Before and after operation, the temperature of the neck and shoulder of the affected side was significantly higher than that of the healthy side (P0.01, P 0.05), and the temperature difference of the healthy side and the affected side was significantly lower than that of the healthy side and the affected side (P 0.01).
