納米炭混懸液與美藍(lán)在乳腺癌前哨淋巴結(jié)活檢中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目的探討納米炭混懸液與美藍(lán)在乳腺癌前哨淋巴結(jié)活檢中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和優(yōu)勢(shì)。方法收集303例臨床腋窩淋巴結(jié)陰性且進(jìn)行了前哨淋巴結(jié)活檢手術(shù)的早中期乳腺癌病例,依據(jù)使用納米炭混懸液或者美藍(lán)作為淋巴結(jié)示蹤劑分為兩組,其中納米炭組138例,美藍(lán)組165例。手術(shù)切除的前哨淋巴結(jié)送病理檢查。結(jié)果納米炭組檢出率為99.3%,美藍(lán)組檢出率為93.9%,使用納米炭混懸液SLN檢出率高于使用美藍(lán)者(P0.05)。納米炭組共檢出SLN 696枚,平均5.1枚,美藍(lán)組檢出SLN 544枚,平均3.5枚(P=0.000),使用納米炭混懸液檢出的SLN比美藍(lán)要多。使用美藍(lán)時(shí),出現(xiàn)示蹤不理想的概率高于納米炭(P0.05)。使用上述兩種示蹤劑的檢出率與患者腫瘤大小、腫瘤部位、術(shù)前腋窩淋巴結(jié)觸診情況、腫瘤分子分型、年齡、肥胖因素均無關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論納米炭混懸液示蹤效果好,能檢出更多的SLN,SLN檢出率更高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value and advantages of nano-carbon suspension and methylene blue in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer. Methods 303 cases of breast cancer with negative axillary lymph nodes and sentinel lymph node biopsies were divided into two groups according to the use of nano-carbon suspension or methylene blue as lymph node tracer, including 138 cases in nano-carbon group and 165 cases in methylene blue group.
