【摘要】：正急性下頸椎損傷合并關(guān)節(jié)突絞鎖的患者在臨床中較常見,多伴頸髓損傷,病情較重。對于這類患者的治療方法包括手術(shù)復(fù)位及植骨融合固定、牽引復(fù)位和手法復(fù)位,但臨床上對于此類疾病是否需要手術(shù)以及選擇何種術(shù)式尚存在一定的爭議~([1])。脊柱的大部分功能由前柱承擔(dān),而頸椎骨折脫位則以前中柱結(jié)構(gòu)損傷為主,因此對于合并關(guān)節(jié)突絞鎖的下頸椎骨折脫位的患者選擇前路手術(shù)具有一定的
[Abstract]:The patients with acute lower cervical spine injury complicated with facet strangulation are more common in clinic, most of them are accompanied by cervical spinal cord injury, and the condition is more serious. The treatment methods of this kind of patients include surgical reduction, bone grafting fusion and fixation, traction reduction and manual reduction, but there is still some controversy about whether or not this kind of disease needs operation and which operative method to choose. Most of the functions of the spine are borne by the anterior column, while the structure of the anterior middle column is mainly damaged in the fracture and dislocation of the cervical vertebrae, so it is necessary to choose the anterior approach for the patients with the fracture and dislocation of the lower cervical vertebrae with the joint process lock.
