【摘要】：目的:探討腹股溝疝無張力修補術患者預防性應用抗生素的臨床效果及其意義。方法:選取180例擬行腹股溝疝無張力修補術患者,按隨機數(shù)表法分為兩組,每組各90例。對照組圍手術期未預防性使用抗生素,觀察組內(nèi)具有高危感染因素患者行預防性應用抗生素,比較兩組患者臨床相關指標、白細胞計數(shù)及并發(fā)癥情況。結果:觀察組患者手術時間、住院時間及體溫與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);術前及術后,觀察組白細胞計數(shù)水平分別與對照組術前及術后比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率6.67%,對照組8.89%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:預防性應用抗生素對腹股溝疝無張力修補術患者無直接效果,故在圍手術期無需預防性抗生素治療,最大程度上降低抗生素盲目使用率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect and significance of prophylactic antibiotic use in patients with inguinal hernia tension-free repair. Methods: 180 patients undergoing tension-free repair of inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group. No prophylactic antibiotics were used in the control group during perioperative period, and prophylactic antibiotics were used in the observation group with high risk infection factors. The clinical related indexes, white blood cell count and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in operation time, hospitalization time and body temperature between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05). Before and after operation, there was no significant difference in white blood cell count between the observation group and the control group before and after operation (P 0.05). The incidence of complications was 6.67% in the observation group and 8.89% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: prophylactic application of antibiotics has no direct effect on patients with inguinal hernia tension-free repair, so there is no need for preventive antibiotic treatment during perioperative period, which can reduce the blind utilization rate of antibiotics to the greatest extent.
