脂肪因子基因多態(tài)性與腹主動(dòng)脈瘤的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的 脂肪因子在AAA的進(jìn)展中起重要作用。研究表明脂肪因子單核苷酸多肽性與心血管疾病相關(guān),但在AAA中研究尚未見報(bào)道。因此,本研究旨在探討+276G/T和-420C/G在中國人群AAA中的意義方法 采用病例對照研究設(shè)計(jì),AAA患者155例為病例組,按照年齡、性別配對條件,對照組同期納入310例非AAA患者。采用質(zhì)譜分析法(MassArray system)測定DNA樣本+276G/T和-420C/G兩位點(diǎn)。探討基因型和AAA之間的關(guān)系研究采用回歸分析法,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測結(jié)果及臨床特征對人群進(jìn)行分層分析。結(jié)果+276G/T和抵抗素RETN-420CG基因多態(tài)性與AAA的發(fā)生無關(guān)。-420GG基因型較(CG+CC)可增加AAA發(fā)展為大AAA的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(OR=5.84,95%CI1.50,22.68;p=0.011).另外,GG基因型可增加正常人群發(fā)展為小AAA的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但這種影響在調(diào)整吸煙、飲酒等危險(xiǎn)因素后消失。結(jié)論 脂聯(lián)素SNP+276與AAA的進(jìn)展無關(guān)。抵抗素-420CG與AAA的發(fā)生無相關(guān)性,-420GG基因型與AAA的進(jìn)展有關(guān),有待進(jìn)一步研究證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective Fat factor plays an important role in the progress of AAA. Studies have shown that adipose factor single nucleotides polypeptide is associated with cardiovascular disease, but it has not been reported in AAA. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the significance of 276G/T and-420C/G in AAA of Chinese population. A case-control study was designed. 155 patients with AAA were selected as case group and matched according to age and sex. In the control group, 310 patients with non-AAA were included in the control group at the same time. The 276G/T and-420C/G sites of DNA samples were determined by mass spectrometry (MassArray system). To explore the relationship between genotype and AAA, regression analysis was used to analyze the population according to the results of laboratory test and clinical characteristics. Results the polymorphism of 276G/T and resistin RETN-420CG gene was not related to the occurrence of AAA.-420GG genotype increased the risk of AAA developing into large AAA (OR=5.84,95%CI1.50,22.68;p=0.011) compared with (CG CC). In addition, GG genotype increased the risk of developing small AAA in normal people, but this effect disappeared after adjusting for risk factors such as smoking and drinking. Conclusion adiponectin SNP 276 has nothing to do with the progress of AAA. There was no correlation between resistin-420CG and the occurrence of AAA. The genotype of-420GG was related to the progress of AAA, which needed to be confirmed by further study.
