【摘要】：[目的]探討正骨手法配合萬向鎖定板肩外側(cè)小切口治療老年肱骨外科頸骨折的臨床效果。[方法]選擇2009年12月~2015年8月老年肱骨外科頸骨折患者40例,其中男性18例,女性22例;年齡55~83歲,按Neer骨折分類Ⅱ型15例;Ⅲ型22例;Ⅳ型3例;正骨手法復(fù)位后采用肩外側(cè)小切口入路萬向鎖定板內(nèi)固定治療。[結(jié)果]所有患者均獲得隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間4~36月,均于6~12周愈合,平均手術(shù)時(shí)間57 min,術(shù)中平均失血量100ml。無血管神經(jīng)損傷及切口感染,按照Neer百分制評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評定,優(yōu)20例,良18例,差2例,優(yōu)良率95%。[結(jié)論]正骨手法配合萬向鎖定板肩外側(cè)小切口治療老年肱骨外科頸骨折手術(shù)簡便、損傷小、術(shù)中出血少、功能恢復(fù)好,值得臨床推廣。
