【摘要】：目的:探討川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合常規(guī)療法對(duì)大面積腦栓塞患者術(shù)后血小板及血流變學(xué)的影響。方法:2014年1月~2015年1月,100例大面積腦栓塞患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各50例。對(duì)照組患者術(shù)后采用常規(guī)治療,觀察組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用川芎嗪注射液。兩組療程均為2周。比較兩組患者治療前、治療后1周、治療后2周的神經(jīng)功能損失(NIHSS評(píng)分)、血小板聚集率及血液流變學(xué)(全血黏度、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞變形指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)、纖維蛋白原)指標(biāo)變化,評(píng)價(jià)兩組療效與藥品不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組與對(duì)照組的有效率分別為92.00%與80.00%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后1周、2周,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分、血小板聚集率、血液流變學(xué)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均較治療前顯著改善(P0.05);且觀察組改善較對(duì)照組更為明顯(P0.05)。觀察組藥品不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用川芎嗪注射液,可抗血小板聚集,改善血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo),在治療大面積腦栓塞的療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ligustrazine injection combined with routine therapy on platelet and hemorheology in patients with large area cerebral embolism. Methods: from January 2014 to January 2015, 100 patients with massive cerebral embolism were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with ligustrazine injection on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks. The neurological function loss (NIHSS score), platelet aggregation rate and hemorheology (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte deformability index, erythrocyte aggregation index) were compared between the two groups before treatment, 1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. The changes of fibrinogen (Fibrinogen) index were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse drug reactions in the two groups. Results: after treatment, the effective rates of observation group and control group were 92.00% and 80.00%, respectively, there was no significant difference (P0.05). One week and two weeks after treatment, the NIHSS score, platelet aggregation rate and hemorheology of the two groups were significantly improved (P0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment, ligustrazine injection can inhibit platelet aggregation, improve hemorheological indexes, and is effective in the treatment of large area cerebral embolism.
