【摘要】：目的探討抗生素骨水泥運(yùn)用于下肢大面積皮膚撕脫傷創(chuàng)面的療效。方法篩選該院2013年1月-2015年5月60例下肢大面積皮膚撕脫傷患者,分為研究組30例和對照組30例,對照組僅用封閉負(fù)壓引流(VSD),研究采用VSD聯(lián)合抗生素骨水泥,3~5d創(chuàng)面新鮮后將自體皮回植,觀察記錄兩組術(shù)后皮片成活率、創(chuàng)面感染率和平均住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果研究組對照組相比,術(shù)后皮片成活率分別為(96.67±3.24)%和(73.33±4.86)%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000);創(chuàng)面感染率分別為(3.33±1.35)%和(30.00±1.56)%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000);平均住院時(shí)間分別為(10.44±2.53)和(20.81±7.42)d,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。結(jié)論抗生素骨水泥運(yùn)用于下肢大面積皮膚撕脫傷能大大降低創(chuàng)面感染率,有效提高創(chuàng)面的植皮成活率,縮短患者住院時(shí)間,節(jié)約治療費(fèi)用,簡便安全,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of antibiotic bone cement on large area skin avulsion wound of lower limbs. Methods from January 2013 to May 2015, 60 patients with large area skin avulsion of lower extremities were selected and divided into study group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In the control group, VSD combined with antibiotic bone cement was used in the (VSD), study of closed negative pressure drainage only. The survival rate of skin graft, the infection rate and the average hospitalization time of the skin graft were observed and recorded in the two groups after the wound was fresh for 5 days. Results compared with the control group, the survival rate of skin graft after operation was (96.67 鹵3.24)% and (73.33 鹵4.86)% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). The infection rate of wound was (3.33 鹵1.35)% and (30.00 鹵1.56)% respectively (P < 0.001). The average hospitalization time was (10.44 鹵2.53) days and (20.81 鹵7.42) days, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion the application of antibiotic bone cement in large area skin avulsion of lower extremities can greatly reduce the infection rate of wound, effectively improve the survival rate of skin graft, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, save the cost of treatment, be simple and safe, and be worth popularizing.
