【摘要】：正膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一種以膝關(guān)節(jié)軟骨的變性、破壞及骨質(zhì)增生為主要病理特征的慢性退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)疾病,常見于60周歲以上的老年人~([1—2])。在KOA的發(fā)生與發(fā)展中,力學(xué)因素扮演了重要角色~([1—3])。近年來如何通過改善KOA患者受累關(guān)節(jié)的力學(xué)環(huán)境進(jìn)而治療疾病緩解臨床癥狀已成為一個(gè)全新的研究熱點(diǎn)。有研究證實(shí)~([4—6]),步態(tài)矯正訓(xùn)練(gait training program,GTP)能夠降低KOA患者
[Abstract]:Knee osteoarthritis (knee osteoarthritis,KOA) is a kind of chronic degenerative osteoarthritis characterized by degeneration, destruction and hyperosteogenesis of articular cartilage. Mechanical factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of KOA. In recent years, how to improve the mechanical environment of the involved joints in patients with KOA and then treat the clinical symptoms has become a new research hotspot. Studies have shown that ~ ([4-6]), gait correction training (gait training program,GTP) can reduce KOA patients.
