【摘要】：目的對比微型鋼板固定與螺釘固定治療掌指骨斜形骨折的臨床療效。方法選取2014年1月至2016年1月該院收治的90例掌指骨斜形骨折患者為研究對象,將患者采用隨機數(shù)表法分為A組和B組,各45例。A組患者采用微型鋼板內(nèi)固定治療,B組患者采用螺釘內(nèi)固定治療。對比兩組患者的手術時間、骨折愈合時間、住院時間、恢復工作時間、手指關節(jié)總體活動度、握力相比健側丟失度、指功能優(yōu)良率。結果 A組患者的手術時間長于B組患者,恢復工作時間短于B組患者(P0.05)。兩組患者的骨折愈合時間和住院時間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。B組患者的手指關節(jié)總體活動度優(yōu)于A組患者,握力相比健側丟失度低于A組患者(P0.05)。A組和B組患者的TAFS(關節(jié)總活動度)評估結果分別為84.44%和97.78%(P0.05)。結論采用微型鋼板內(nèi)固定治療掌指骨斜形骨折患者術后握力恢復較好,采用螺釘內(nèi)固定治療術后手指關節(jié)總體活動度、指功能較佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect of mini-plate fixation and screw fixation in the treatment of oblique metacarpal and phalangeal fractures. Methods from January 2014 to January 2016, 90 patients with oblique fracture of metacarpal and phalangeal bone were selected as study objects. Patients in group A were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group B was treated with screw fixation. The operative time, fracture healing time, hospitalization time, recovery working time, total movement of the knuckles, the degree of loss of grip strength compared with the healthy side, the excellent and good rate of finger function were compared between the two groups. Results the operation time of group A was longer than that of group B, and the working time of group A was shorter than that of group B (P0.05). There was no significant difference in fracture healing time and hospitalization time between the two groups (P0.05) the total motion of finger joint in). B group was better than that in A group. The degree of loss of grip was lower than that of group A (P0.05). The results of TAFS (total motion of joint) in group B and). A were 84.44% and 97.78% respectively (P0.05). Conclusion the postoperative grip strength of the patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fracture treated by mini-plate internal fixation is better. The total movement of the finger joint is better and the finger function is better by screw internal fixation.
