【摘要】：目的:采用文獻(xiàn)計量的方法 ,從社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的角度挖掘國內(nèi)椎間盤退變相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的核心作者和學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊,分析其研究成果和發(fā)展趨勢。方法:將檢索詞"退變"、"退行性改變"與檢索詞"腰椎"、"椎間盤"、"頸椎"、"胸椎"、"腰"等自由組合,檢索三大中文電子數(shù)據(jù)庫中公開發(fā)表的期刊文獻(xiàn),包括相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺(Wanfang Data)和中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM),出版時間不作限定,檢索日期為2015年5月4日。數(shù)據(jù)信息的提取采用Regex Buddy軟件,核心作者和學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊的評定采用普萊斯定律和綜合指數(shù)相結(jié)合的方法,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的結(jié)果以Netdraw軟件進(jìn)行可視化表達(dá)。分析各團(tuán)隊的學(xué)術(shù)思想、行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢。結(jié)果:研究共納入3361篇中文文獻(xiàn),挖掘核心作者54人、學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊10個。分析結(jié)果表明,該領(lǐng)域的研究主要集中于以下幾大熱門方向:發(fā)病機(jī)制及藥物作用機(jī)理研究(1964篇,占總量的58.43%);手術(shù)相關(guān)研究(1035篇,占總量的30.79%);細(xì)胞及分子生物學(xué)研究(979篇,占總量的29.13%);生物力學(xué)相關(guān)研究(854篇,占總量的25.41%);動物學(xué)研究(686篇,占總量的20.41%);影像學(xué)相關(guān)研究(348篇,占總量的10.35%)。結(jié)論 :機(jī)制研究是目前椎間盤退變領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),學(xué)者們已從整體動物水平、細(xì)胞水平和分子水平等多層次對退變的發(fā)生和發(fā)展機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討,如何將基礎(chǔ)研究的成果轉(zhuǎn)化為臨床干預(yù)手段,切實(shí)有效地延緩甚至逆轉(zhuǎn)椎間盤的退行性改變,可能成為今后研究的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the research results and development trends of the core authors and academic teams in the field of intervertebral disc degeneration in China from the point of view of social network analysis with the method of literature measurement. Methods: the key words "degeneration", "degenerative change" and "lumbar vertebrae", "intervertebral disc", "cervical vertebra", "thoracic vertebra" and "waist" were combined to search the published journals published in three Chinese electronic databases. There is no limit to the publishing time of the Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang data knowledge service platform (Wanfang Data) and the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM),. The retrieval date is May 4 2015. Regex Buddy software is used to extract data information. The evaluation of core authors and academic teams adopts the method of combining Price's law and comprehensive index. The results of data mining are visualized by Netdraw software. Analyze the academic thoughts, current situation and development trend of each team. Results: a total of 3361 Chinese articles were included in the study, 54 core authors and 10 academic teams were excavated. The results show that the research in this field is mainly focused on the following hot areas: pathogenesis and drug action mechanism (1964 articles, 58.43% of the total), surgical related studies (1035 articles, 30.79% of the total), cell and molecular biology studies (979 papers, 58.43% of the total), Biomechanical studies (854, 25.41%), zoology (686, 20.41%) and image-related studies (348, 10.35%) accounted for 29.13% of the total. Conclusion: the study of mechanism is a hot topic in the field of intervertebral disc degeneration at present. The mechanism of degeneration has been discussed from the animal level, cell level and molecular level. How to transform the achievements of basic research into clinical intervention and delay or even reverse the degenerative change of intervertebral disc effectively may become the development direction of future research.
