【摘要】：目的探討活血化瘀法對腔鏡甲狀腺患者術(shù)后疲勞情況的影響。方法行腔鏡甲狀腺手術(shù)的患者200例,隨機(jī)分為對照組與觀察組各100例。對照組患者接受常規(guī)補(bǔ)液、營養(yǎng)支持等治療;觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上增加口服血府逐瘀湯。術(shù)后對兩組患者隨訪30 d,采用圍術(shù)期疲勞評測量表(ICFS)記錄并比較兩組患者術(shù)后疲勞恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果與手術(shù)前相比,對照組手術(shù)后第1、3、7、14天ICFS評分均明顯升高(P0.05),術(shù)后1個(gè)月時(shí)ICFS評分與手術(shù)前相比有所降低;與手術(shù)前相比,觀察組手術(shù)后第1、3、7天ICFS有統(tǒng)計(jì)這意義均明顯升高(P0.05),第14天時(shí)與手術(shù)前相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后1個(gè)月時(shí)與手術(shù)前相比有所下降(P0.05),且與對照組相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論術(shù)后疲勞是腔鏡甲狀腺手術(shù)患者術(shù)后常見的臨床表現(xiàn),而活血化瘀的中醫(yī)治療方法可有效減輕患者術(shù)后疲勞程度,促進(jìn)患者的術(shù)后恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on postoperative fatigue of patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods 200 patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the ICFS scores were significantly higher on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation (P 0.05), and the ICFS scores were lower at the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after operation than before. FS had statistical significance increased significantly (P 0.05), there was no significant difference between 14 days and pre-operation (P 0.05), 1 month after surgery compared with pre-operation decreased (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). TCM treatment of stasis can effectively reduce postoperative fatigue and promote postoperative recovery.
