【摘要】：目的比對PVP與PKP治療骨質疏松性胸腰椎體骨折的臨床療效。方法選取我院2012年7月~2017年7月收治的骨質疏松性胸腰椎體骨折患者50例作為研究對象,根據患者手術方式分成兩組,35例為PVP(經皮椎體成形術)組、15例為PKP(經皮球囊擴張椎體后凸成形術)組,比對兩組患者術后臨床療效。結果經過手術后,兩組患者術后VAS評分,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);PKP組術后影像學指標均優(yōu)于PVP組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 PVP與PKP治療骨質疏松性胸腰椎體骨折,兩者均可緩解患者術后疼痛,但PKP術式更有利于改善患者脊柱后凸畸形矯正效果,可推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the clinical effects of PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 50 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures were selected from July 2012 to July 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods.35 patients were in PVP group and 15 patients were in PKP group. Results After operation, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P 0.05). The postoperative imaging indexes of PKP group were better than those of PVP group (P 0.05). Conclusion PVP and PKP can relieve osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, both of them can relieve patients. Postoperative pain, but the PKP operation is more conducive to improve the correction effect of kyphosis, which can be promoted.
