【摘要】：正患者男童,3歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)左大腿腫塊3天入院。體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)左大腿中段外側一質(zhì)韌包塊,大小3.5 cm×3.0 cm×2.5cm,無明顯壓痛,周圍無明顯紅腫,皮膚無破潰。外院MRI示左大腿外側肌間有一橢圓形界限清楚的腫塊,T1WI低信號,T2WI高信號,且內(nèi)部信號均勻(圖1)。術中發(fā)現(xiàn)腫塊位于股外側肌中,有包膜,與周圍組織不粘連,大小3.5 cm×2.5 cm×2.5 cm。
[Abstract]:A 3-year-old boy with a left thigh mass was admitted to hospital for 3 days. The physical examination showed that there was a tough mass on the lateral side of the left middle thigh, 3.5 cm 脳 3. 0 cm 脳 2. 5 cm in size, no obvious tenderness, no obvious redness and swelling around the left thigh, no rupture of the skin. MRI showed that there was a clear ellipse between the lateral muscles of the left thigh with a low signal intensity on T 1WI and high signal intensity on T 2WI, and the internal signal intensity was homogeneous (Fig. 1). It was found that the mass was located in the lateral femoral muscle during the operation and had a capsule with no adhesion to the surrounding tissue. The size of the mass was 3.5 cm 脳 2.5 cm..
