【摘要】：背景:目前有限元分析技術(shù)已可以完成建模,預(yù)測診斷,治療的設(shè)計(jì),以及手術(shù)方案等功能,并應(yīng)用于股骨頭壞死領(lǐng)域。目的:總結(jié)和匯總有限元分析對在股骨頭壞死生物力學(xué)領(lǐng)域的最新臨床與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展。方法:由第一作者通過計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med,Google,SpringerL ink,CNKI等數(shù)據(jù)庫在2010年1月至2015年12月的已發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)。檢索式為(finite element analysis OR finite elment)AND(osteonecrosis OR osteonecrosis offemoral head)或(有限元分析OR有限元)AND(骨壞死OR股骨頭壞死)。納入原始文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容與文章主旨緊密相關(guān),原始文獻(xiàn)有可靠依據(jù)與主題,原始文獻(xiàn)觀點(diǎn)及數(shù)據(jù)分析充分,活體與離體研究。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共納入27篇。文章綜述近5年來有關(guān)股骨頭壞死中有限元分析應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)目前最新的有關(guān)運(yùn)用有限元進(jìn)行股骨頭壞死建�？尚行苑治�、特征病理的預(yù)測和診斷、手術(shù)治療的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)輔助等發(fā)展水平,從而明確有限元分析在股骨頭壞死的診斷和治療未來發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Background: at present, finite element analysis has been applied to the field of femoral head necrosis. Objective: to summarize and summarize the latest clinical and experimental progress of finite element analysis in biomechanics of femoral head necrosis. Methods: the first author searched the published literatures of Pub Medsite Google Spring LinkKI and other databases from January 2010 to December 2015 by computer. The search formula was (finite element analysis OR finite elment) AND (osteonecrosis OR osteonecrosis offemoral head) or (finite element analysis OR finite element) AND (osteonecrosis OR femoral head necrosis). The content of the original document is closely related to the main purpose of the article, the original document has reliable basis and theme, the viewpoint and data analysis of the original document is sufficient, and the study in vivo and in vitro. Results & conclusion: 27 articles were included. In this paper, the author summarizes the literatures on the finite element analysis of femoral head necrosis in recent 5 years, and finds out that the latest application of finite element method in modeling and feasibility analysis of femoral head necrosis, the prediction and diagnosis of characteristic pathology. In order to clarify the future development direction of finite element analysis in diagnosis and treatment of femoral head necrosis.
