【摘要】：目的觀察三陰乳腺癌組織同源性磷酸酶-張力蛋白(PTEN)的表達(dá)變化,并探討其與患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法選擇三陰乳腺癌組織標(biāo)本80例份、乳腺纖維腺瘤正常乳腺組織石蠟標(biāo)本25例份,采用免疫組化法檢測二者PTEN蛋白表達(dá)。對80例三陰乳腺癌患者進(jìn)行隨訪,記錄無病生存期及總生存期。用Cox多因素回歸分析三陰乳腺癌患者預(yù)后的影響因素。結(jié)果乳腺癌組織PTEN陽性表達(dá)率低于正常乳腺組織(P0.05)。臨床分期為Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的三陰乳腺癌患者,其組織中PTEN蛋白陽性表達(dá)率高于臨床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者(P0.05);發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的三陰乳腺癌患者,其組織中PTEN蛋白陽性表達(dá)率低于未發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的患者(P0.05)。PTEN蛋白表達(dá)陰性的三陰乳腺癌患者術(shù)后1、2、5年生存率均低于PTEN蛋白表達(dá)陽性患者(P均0.05)。Cox多因素回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,腫瘤直徑、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、臨床分期及PTEN蛋白表達(dá)是三陰乳腺癌患者5年無瘤生存的獨立影響因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論三陰乳腺癌組織中PTEN蛋白呈低表達(dá);PTEN蛋白表達(dá)陰性的三陰乳腺癌患者預(yù)后差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of homologous phosphatase-tension protein (PTEN) and its relationship with prognosis in patients with triple yin breast cancer. Methods the expression of PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemical method in 80 cases of breast cancer and 25 cases of normal breast tissue of fibroadenoma. The disease-free survival and total survival were recorded in 80 patients with triple negative breast cancer. Cox multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors of patients with triple negative breast cancer.
