【摘要】：目的評價骨科3D打印技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用的安全性和有效性。方法通過非對照研究的系統(tǒng)性綜述,分析3D打印技術(shù)在骨科臨床應(yīng)用的安全性和有效性。結(jié)果無對照研究分析顯示:螺釘穿破皮質(zhì)發(fā)生率為3.83%(按螺釘數(shù)計(jì)算),并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為2.13%,手術(shù)感染發(fā)生率為0.28%,假體問題發(fā)生率為0.79%,平均手術(shù)時間為139.23分鐘,部分安全性和有效性指標(biāo)的評價結(jié)果與有對照研究的結(jié)果相似。結(jié)論雖然3D打印技術(shù)在骨科的臨床應(yīng)用有一定價值,但其推廣還需經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評價。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of orthopedic 3D printing technique. Methods the safety and efficacy of 3 D printing in orthopaedics were analyzed through a systematic review of non-control studies. Results No control study showed that the incidence of cortical perforation of screws was 3.83% (calculated by the number of screws), the incidence of complications was 2.13, the incidence of surgical infection was 0.28, the incidence of prosthesis problems was 0.79 and the average operation time was 139.23 minutes. The results of some safety and effectiveness indicators were similar to those of the control study. Conclusion the application of 3D printing in orthopaedics is valuable, but its popularization needs economic evaluation.
