【摘要】：全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)圍術(shù)期鎮(zhèn)痛向多模式鎮(zhèn)痛轉(zhuǎn)變。作為快速康復(fù)外科(fast track surgery,FTS)中極其重要的一部分,圍術(shù)期鎮(zhèn)痛是影響患者快速康復(fù)很重要的一環(huán)。本文綜述FTS理念下全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)后各種鎮(zhèn)痛方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及最新進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Total knee arthroplasty changes perioperative analgesia to multi-mode analgesia. As an important part of (fast track Surgeryus, perioperative analgesia plays an important role in the rapid recovery of patients. This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various analgesic schemes before, during and after total knee arthroplasty under the concept of FTS.
