【摘要】：[目的]檢驗(yàn)臀肌攣縮癥功能量化評(píng)分表的信度和效度。[方法]2016年1月~2017年1月,對(duì)113例臀肌攣縮癥患者應(yīng)用臀肌攣縮癥功能量化評(píng)分表進(jìn)行功能評(píng)估,分為2次評(píng)估,時(shí)間間隔1周以上,所有患者同時(shí)填寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)明健康狀況調(diào)查表SF-36(SF-36 Health Survey)和Nottingham健康問(wèn)卷NHP(Nottingham Health Profile)。利用Cranach'sα系數(shù)進(jìn)行該量表的內(nèi)部一致性信度檢驗(yàn),組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)評(píng)價(jià)重測(cè)信度,主成分分析法因子分析進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)效度檢驗(yàn),Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)評(píng)估效標(biāo)效度。[結(jié)果]臀肌攣縮癥功能量化評(píng)分表Cranach'sα系數(shù)為0.924,顯示評(píng)分表內(nèi)部一致性信度好。量表兩次調(diào)查結(jié)果得分ICC值為0.905,顯示評(píng)分表重測(cè)信度良好。因子分析結(jié)果顯示評(píng)分表提取出的因子成分為4,表明設(shè)計(jì)合理,量表具有極高的結(jié)構(gòu)效度。評(píng)分表與SF-36得分顯著相關(guān),Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.402(P0.05);評(píng)分表和NHP顯著相關(guān),Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)為-0.371(P0.05),說(shuō)明評(píng)分表得分越高,患者生活質(zhì)量越好。[結(jié)論]臀肌攣縮癥功能量化評(píng)分表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于臀肌攣縮癥病情的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:[objective] to test the reliability and validity of gluteal muscle contracture function scale. [methods] from January 2016 to January 2017, 113 patients with gluteal muscle contracture were evaluated with the quantitative score table of gluteal muscle contracture. All patients completed both SF-36 (SF-36 Health Survey) and Nottingham Health profile (NHP). The internal consistency reliability of the scale was tested with Cranachs偽 coefficient, and the reliability of retest was evaluated by intra-group correlation coefficient (intraclass correlation coefficient), and the structural validity test by principal component analysis method (PCA) was used to evaluate the validity of the scale by Spearman correlation coefficient. [results] the Cranachs 偽 coefficient of gluteal muscle contracture score scale was 0.924, which showed that the reliability of internal consistency was good. The ICC score of the scale was 0.905, indicating that the reliability of the scale retest was good. The results of factor analysis showed that the factor components extracted from the scoring table were 4, which indicated that the design was reasonable and the scale had very high structural validity. The Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.402 (P0.05) and the Spearman correlation coefficient was -0.371 (P0.05), which indicated that the higher the score scale was, the better the quality of life of patients was. [conclusion] the quantitative score table of gluteal muscle contracture has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the condition of gluteal muscle contracture.
