【摘要】：正側(cè)腦室額角穿刺是神經(jīng)外科醫(yī)師常用的操作,應(yīng)用于嚴重顱內(nèi)壓增高時緊急減壓放液,腦室炎、腦室內(nèi)出血的穿刺引流,腦積水腦室-腹腔分流術(shù),腦室內(nèi)顱內(nèi)壓測定等[1]。目前主要有2種穿刺方法,方法一:取冠狀縫前或發(fā)際后2~3cm、中線旁開2.5cm作為穿刺點,穿刺方向平行于矢狀面,垂直于外耳道假想連線方向穿刺[2];方法二:穿刺點位置同前,穿刺方向朝向兩側(cè)外耳道假想連線中點[3]。
[Abstract]:Frontal angle puncture is commonly used by neurosurgeons for emergency decompression, ventricular inflammation, puncture and drainage of intracerebroventricular hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, ventriculoperitoneal shunt, and measurement of intraventricular intracranial pressure in severe intracranial hypertension [1]. At present, there are two kinds of puncture methods: one is to take 3 cm before coronal suture or 2 cm after hairline, the puncture direction is parallel to the sagittal plane, the puncture direction is parallel to the sagittal plane, and the puncture direction is perpendicular to the imaginary line of the external auditory canal [2]; method two: the puncture point is the same as the former, and the puncture direction is parallel to the sagittal plane. Puncture direction toward both sides of the external auditory canal imaginary line midpoint [3].
