【摘要】：正隨著心血管外科技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,雖然越來越多的復(fù)雜紫紺型先天性心臟病(簡稱先心病)患兒能夠直接通過外科手術(shù)獲得功能上,甚至解剖上的矯治,但仍有相當(dāng)一部分患者由于病變條件的限制如肺動(dòng)脈瓣閉鎖,肺血管發(fā)育差而無法一期手術(shù)根治,這就需要盡早行姑息性手術(shù)以促進(jìn)其發(fā)育,以期獲得二期手術(shù)機(jī)會(huì),其中部分患者甚至最終無法二期矯治。本文對
